Linking your Health Plan to Thrizer

Linking your health plan allows Thrizer to check your out-of-network benefits, submit claims, and help facilitate reimbursements.

This step is required for accurate benefit estimates and for submitting claims after care begins.

Why linking your health plan matters

When your health plan is linked, Thrizer can:

How to link your health plan

To link your health plan, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Thrizer account
  2. Open the Me menu in the top-right corner
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Go to the Insurance Information tab
  5. Enter your insurance information exactly as it appears on your insurance card

If you are not the primary policy holder, select “Other” and enter the policy holder’s information.

Once submitted, Thrizer will attempt to link your plan automatically.

What happens after you link your plan

If your plan links successfully, you will receive an instant breakdown of your out-of-network benefits, which may include:
