Michael is the Head of Operations at Thrizer. He began his career in customer service, where he learned early that most problems are less about fixing something and more about listening well. That experience shaped how he thinks about systems and support. Over time, he became interested in how access shapes the direction of our lives. Whether it is proximity to opportunity, connection across distance, or access to mental health care, small structural differences can have long-term impact.
