All information you provide to us is stored on our MongoDB database with built-in security controls. For the purpose of security all open sessions on our Website are scheduled to time out every 10 minutes. Any payment transactions are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We have Business Associate Agreements in place with all third-party providers with whom we share HIPAA related information.

Please note that the safety and security of your information also depends on you. It is your responsibility to keep your Website password and login information confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
