We are continuing to share regular updates so you can see what is changing, why it matters, and how your feedback directly shapes the platform. Many of the improvements below came from day-to-day workflow pain points you flagged.
You can now better manage how your client list appears:
Archived client appear in their own "Archived" listing on the Clients tab, different from your Active client listing. This gives you the option to unarchive at a later time without needing to reconnect to them.
Pinning a client will automatically sort their profile to the top of the client listing.
These actions can be done by clicking the ellipse menu at the end of each client row.
This was a highly requested update to help clinicians keep their client list focused and reduce clutter over time.
Clinicians can now generate a PDF superbill directly from a client’s profile.
This is designed for self-pay clients who want to submit claims to their insurance on their own, without using Thrizer for reimbursement.
How it works:
We made improvements to the client dashboard to make financial records easier to access.
Clients now have a smoother experience downloading itemized receipts, which are commonly needed for FSA or HSA reimbursement.
We will keep shipping improvements in small, practical increments and sharing them here. If a workflow feels awkward, slow, or unclear, we want to hear about it. Much of what ships each cycle starts with your feedback.
